Free Credit Monitoring from Target if you shopped in-store during the security breach

Target announced last week that in addition to some of the credit/debit card data that was gathered during their security breach from November 27, 2013 to December 15, 2013, your name, email address, address, and phone number may have also been compromised.  Target is offering up one year of free credit monitoring for anyone who shopped in-store during the security breach.  There is no proof needed that you shopped in-store.     This is where you can register: https://creditmonitoring.target.com/#?v=1B18FB011314. Once you complete the information, there will be an activation code sent to you. Also, you will need to sign-up for this before April 23, 2014 and redeem your activation code by April 30, 2014.
