Ibotta App. pays you back for groceries and more!

I love the Ibotta App.!  I am not one who is honestly great with coupons when it comes to groceries.  I often do not have time to clip the ones when they arrive in the Sunday paper.  I can sometimes clip ecoupons, but then I can’t remember which ones I’ve clipped or what quantity I need to buy in order to have the coupon clipped for me.   The Ibotta App. is great for people like me!  And even if you are a great at clipping coupons, you can save even more with this app.    I am listing my referral here because when you redeem a first offer, you will earn an extra $1 in the Ibotta app.  Here is my referral link:  https://ibotta.com/r/bhfww.  Today I went through my most recent grocery store visit, and I was able to redeem $.60!    There are lots of great offers such as $.20 off any milk, $.20 off any egg purchase, and $.20 off any pasta.  There were tons of other offers I saw such as bagged apples, blueberries, and more.  There are many different stores participating as well.  After you install the app. and sign-up, you sometimes need to watch a very short video to unlock an offer.  Then you will be asked to scan the bar code of the product, and then you circle the item you are trying to get a rebate on.  You will take a picture using the app. of your receipt making sure to show the store, your total receipt, the amount you paid, and the date.  Once your receipt has been verified, you will receive an email saying money has been deposited into your account.  Once you reach a certain threshold, you can cash out your rebates!  This is just another way to save money or earn money back on items you are buying every day.   The app. is very specific to dates so you need to submit the receipts before the next earning period starts so do not delay in submitting receipts.    Ibotta also offers rebates on purchases made through the app. for online stores so you may want to check these out as well.  I haven’t tried this feature yet, but it may be worth checking out.

Checkout 51 earn money back on your grocery purchases!

Have you heard of Checkout 51 yet?  It’s an app. where you can save money on your groceries!  What I love about this particular app. is that there are not requirements on purchasing at certain stores.  You do need a device where you can take pictures of your receipts and submit them through the app. in order to be reimbursed.  When I first signed up, they had an offer for $2.00 earned when you submit a grocery receipt of $20 or more!  I am not sure if this offer is still available, but it’s worth it to check it out.  The offers may disappear after so many offers are redeemed so make sure to submit your receipts after buying an offer.  The minimum required in your account is $20.  You can download the app. here:  http://www.checkout51.com/

Ibotta-Get 75 cents just for buying milk!

One of my favorite apps. for earning cash is Ibotta.  You can download the app. for Android or at the ITunes store.    You can then go through and by taking polls, looking at a recipe, sometimes watching a video, sharing on Facebook, you can earn cash back from certain stores.  Right now there is an offer for milk where you can get back 75 cents if you buy at participating Ibotta stores like Target, CVS, and Meijer.   The offer expires on 9/27 unless the offer is saved to your account.  If you save the offer to your account, you have until 9/29 to submit your receipt.  There are other stores as well such as Costco and Sam’s Club who participate.  You can sign up for Ibotta here:  http://ibotta.com/r/bHfww.  After you make your purchase, you circle the item purchased and use the app. to upload and submit your receipt.  Within hours, Ibotta will tell you if your receipt has been accepted.  If it has been accepted, the money is in your account.  You can then withdraw the money to your bank using Pay Pal.

Viggle-Money Earning Apps.

About a year ago I heard about an app. called Viggle where you can earn points for checking into TV shows.  This is by far my favorite app. as I can earn $20-$30 in gift cards per month by checking into TV shows.   This app. works for an Ipod Touch, an Iphone, and Android phone devices (however a Kindle does not have a speaker for listening to shows so I do not believe it works on the Kindle).   The first thing you need to do is to download the app. and you can do so here:  http://join.viggle.com/tiredmomma.  Install the app. which is completely free and start checking into TV shows.    You let the app. listen to your TV and confirm the show you are watching and for every minute of TV time, you earn one point.  There is a maximum of 12 hours per day.  However, there are bonus shows often during the prime time hours and you can earn bonus points on top of the points you are already earning for watching TV.  Many shows are worth 50-100 bonus points and some of the shows have what is called Viggle Live where you can answer questions about a show and for each correct answer, you earn points.  You also earn points for incorrect answers as well but not as many points.    You do need to stay checked into a bonus show for at least 10 minutes to earn the bonus points.   Once you are checked into the show, the app. thinks you are continuing to watch the show until the end of the show.  There are gifts cards for various companies like Best Buy,  Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Sephora, JcPenney, CVS, and many other items including a Kindle Fire.    If you are a sports fan, there are also sporting events listed and for some of the sports you can play along with My Guy and pick players to earn points so as your favorite players are earning points you can also earn points as well.  There are sometimes ads to watch within the app. where you can earn points as well.  This is such a great free app. for earning gift cards and other items.
